My Dirty Little Secret
I can't believe I am admitting to clutter. My mother would be so disappointed. This is a snapshot of rara's room. Her closet is actually my clothing closet and her room doubles for what appears to be my laundry basket. I have not set a very good example for the little one. I resolve from this day forth to longer use my daughter's room as a catch all but rather find a new place for my laundry. (I'm still looking for the new place. At present the pile is sitting in my living room floor....good visual reminder every time I walk by that I need to do a load).

Rocks in my bed - Random Post
*WARNING - Material not of a Coherent Nature* After tucking the little ones in and I decided it was time to crawl into my own bed. Earlier in the evening the girls found watched Mulan in my room and managed to not leave one trace of popcorn they were eating in my bed. I was delighted! This sense of joy didn't last long when upon closer inspection I found several of Nanna's rock collection in the sheets. It makes me smile to think that some people look in their sheets for bugs, scorpions, or other such things. I however, must comb my sheets for the reminents of my granola daughter's latest fascination. I can only imagine how the princess felt in the princess and the pea. Maybe the pea was left there by the great ancestor of my daughter. Maybe it wasn't a test as much as it was a hapless error on the part of a nature girl. Speaking of collections, I have started a button collection. At present time I am willing to accept any button donations that anyone might wish to pass on.

Sunday Jam Session!
I HEART VH1 Radio. We decided as a family to just hang out at home today and get some much needed laundry done. OK not very honest on my part. I trumped the children that wanted to go out and play. I still think that the man will take them out later this afternoon for some much needed vitamin D. Anyway, we were all lounging around and we were playing one of the Indie/Alternative stations on the computer and Rara and Nanna decided a jam session was in order. The man and I were giggling on the couch watching Rara being her diva self. So like her mom. Did I ever mention my alter ego is lounge club singer extraordinaire? No? *BLUSH*
This morning the girls and I decided to take a shopping trip. I found these great sterling silver necklaces that have two hearts on the front and the back has something written about sisters. We then went to Barnes and Nobles where I picked up the latest copy of Family Fun Magazine. From there we walked over to the malls fountain. Good thing for us we had worked up quite an appetite and there just happened to be an Auntie Annie's Pretzel Shop! I am such a good planner. Well we took our pretzel to go and sat at a table in front of the fountain and had our Sisterhood Ceremony. I made this long speech about sisters. Rara just giggled and Nanna just rolled her eyes. She finally got annoyed and said "Mom can you stop talking like that!" *humph* I was truly using my best speech voice. Anyhow, I cut it short and asked them to repeat the mantra on the back of their necklaces. They obliged and I ceremoniously put on their necklaces. They are now SISTERS. I know they were before but now they have a cool necklace to go with it. Well that's all for now. Rara wants to do some coloring.
